Reebok currently has two new products that have hit the market. The Reezig, ZigSonic shoe for men and the EasyTone Reenew for woman. Both products have celebrities promoting their products. The ZigSonic shoe is endorsed by Payton Manning in Reebok advertisements and Eva Mendez shows her support of the EasyTone Reenew shoes. The support of these celebs is sure to raise the sales for Reebok.
The Reezig, ZigSonic shoe has a unique bottom unit that features a special lightweight foam that is engineered into an innovative, geometric, zig-zag shape. Interesting post. I'm curious how much Reebok pays to have Payton Manning and Eva Mendez as endorsers. So do you think with those sponsorships they try to compete directly with Nike or maybe other smaller brands?
ReplyDeleteNike is a big brand compared to Reebok, so I don't know if they would compete directly with them. However, with the sponsorship of these 2 big stars they could have a fighting chance, especially if consumers look up to Eva Mendez and Payton Manning. Consumers could buy the products just to show support of their favorite stars.
